Cancellation/Rescheduling/Missed Appointment Policy
If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please contact us or alternatively use the cancellation link found on your booking confirmation email.
Cancelling or rescheduling within 12 hours, or missed appointments, will incur the full appointment fee.
This fee will be credited to your next scheduled appointment.
If your saved payment method cannot be charged (e.g. insufficient funds or expired card), the outstanding balance must be paid before any future bookings can be made.
